On January 17th, FAWSN held its 2024 annual work conference in the multifunctional hall on the third floor of Yatai Conference Center Hotel. President Zhang Xin and other members of the management committee, functional department heads, senior business managers, and second level managers of the headquarters, as well as business units, second level company management, and some third level company leaders attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Vice President Jing Qingchun.
President Zhang Xin presented the FAWSN's 2023 work report and 2024 work outline with the theme of "Rejuvenating Thinking, Breaking through Difficulties, Strengthening Strategic Determination, Firming Transformation Confidence, and Accelerating the Achievement of the Established Goal of 'Second Entrepreneurship'", reviewing and summarizing the work in 2023. An analysis was conducted on the current macroeconomic, automotive industry, and internal and external environment of FAW Group, and it was proposed that in 2024, FAWSN will focus on the "1345" policy, which includes one basic business policy, three accelerated implementation, four management themes, and five major engineering battles to carry out various tasks, overcome difficulties, accelerate the implementation of strategic tasks, and achieve goals.
President Zhang Xin, on behalf of the group, signed the "2024 Business Objectives and Safety and Environmental Protection Work Responsibility Agreement" with its affiliated companies.
Vice President Sun Jun conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the annual business performance of various enterprises in 2023, summarized the achievements, identified shortcomings and environmental risks, and proposed the main work requirements for the enterprises in 2024.
Vice President Bao Yazhong reviewed the marketing work for 2023, analyzed the current market environment, and clarified the marketing goals and directions for 2024.
Vice President Sun Jun of FAWSN Product Research Institute and Acting Minister Wang Sirui of the Department of Digital Intelligence respectively reported on the achievements of the software independent development project, the digital intelligence acceleration project, and Fusheng's digital intelligence construction; Yang Tao, General Manager of FAWSBLingchuang, and Wang Chaoyang, Minister of Logistics and Aftermarket Business Unit, respectively released the phased achievements of the consulting service platform and the smart logistics platform.
Finally, Vice President Jing Qingchun put forward the following requirements: firstly, to convey at the special meeting. Each unit should organize special meetings to convey the spirit of the annual work conference of the group, undertake and decompose various indicators and work tasks of the group, accurately grasp the current situation, overcome difficulties together, and complete the indicators and work tasks of this unit; Secondly, strengthen the execution capability at all levels. Adopting methods such as developing plans, decomposing indicators, signing contracts, issuing military edicts, leading by example, tracking meetings, assessing and evaluating, and promoting special topics, effectively implementing the business goals and key tasks of the group and this unit; Thirdly, strengthen the implementation of strategies. According to the three major strategies of the group and the three-year business goals signed with various business entities, we will break through traditional thinking, innovate business models, find the best path, and achieve strategic implementation. Fourthly, strengthen the concept of "customer first". Ensuring production, delivery, quality, and cost reduction are still basic requirements for all companies. All production and operation work must revolve around the basic business policy of "meeting customer needs and continuously creating value for customers", and no unit or individual can violate it. Fifth, practice corporate culture. Deeply understand the basic connotations of the core values of "integrity and respect, passion and efficiency, pragmatic innovation, and striving for win-win". Leaders take the lead in implementing corporate culture from top to bottom, truly letting culture guide behavior, and truly turning the requirements of core values into employee behavior habits.
