On November 17th,FAWSN held a 2023 platform work summary and seminar at the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Building. Wang Hui, Director of Group Strategic Development, Jiang Yiyang, Acting Director of Strategy and Platform Development Department, and leaders of various platforms attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Jiang Yiyang.

    The meeting first summarized the completion status and existing problems of the platform work for this year; Subsequently, platform leaders from intelligent logistics, consulting services, innovation and ecology, industrial investment, digitization, CAE simulation, pilot testing, and experimental verification respectively introduced and shared the achievements and experiences of each platform's work; All attendees had a thorough exchange and discussion on the platform's work improvement and plan for 2024.

    Director Wang Hui affirmed the phased achievements of the platform work in 2023, pointing out that the platform should face customers, form products, and create value; The vertical development of the platform should comply with the overall strategic planning of the group, while the horizontal development should achieve communication and linkage with demand units and collaborative platforms; We need to increase our business expansion both internally and externally. Internalization involves iterating, aggregating, and deriving new business scopes to seek deeper value contributions to the group; Externalization requires the introduction of external resources through ecological links to enhance value increment; To achieve innovative development as the goal, enhance capabilities as the foundation, and use projects as the carrier, to form a sound internal and external operating mechanism to support the development of enterprises; The Group Strategy and Platform Development Department will coordinate resources and strengthen the platform's service and support functions for its affiliated companies.
